Licensed both as a Professional Counselor and Employee Assistance Professional. Certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors and the Employee Assistance Certification Commission. I have been in private practice since 1992.
Received my Masters degree from North Carolina State University in 1989. Worked for the State of North Carolina as an EAP Consultant and continue to work both onsite and offsite for companies as an Employee Assistance Professional. I am on the NC Disaster Team and also a provider for multiple crisis networks. Presently, I am the Certification Chairman for NC Employee Assistance Professionals Association.
